A Heart of Daily Gratitude
Dear Lord,
Thank You so much for another day of life on Earth, For the gift of drawing breath, For the blessing of opening my eyes To witness Your creation anew.
Thank You for another beautiful sunrise to enjoy, For the golden rays that paint the morning sky, For the promise each dawn brings, For hope renewed with every breaking day.
Thank You for the wonderful sounds of nature, For the cool breeze brushing through the trees, For the birds singing their morning melodies, For the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind, For the symphony of Your creation That surrounds us each moment.
You are a wonderful God, Full of grace that knows no bounds, Rich in mercy that never fails, Abundant in love that never ends. Your kindness greets me each morning, Your faithfulness guards me through the night.
I praise You for allowing me another day To spend with my family, To share in their laughter, To witness their growth, To love and be loved, To create precious memories together.
Thank You for the small moments: The warmth of morning coffee, The comfort of familiar routines, The joy of simple pleasures, The peace of quiet moments, The strength for daily tasks.
Lord, let me never take for granted These countless gifts You provide: The air that fills my lungs, The ground beneath my feet, The shelter above my head, The food upon my table.
As this day unfolds before me, Help me to see Your hand in everything, To recognize Your blessings in each moment, To share Your love with those I meet, And to live this day in grateful praise For all You are and all You give.
